4. Refund Process

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged product. In such cases, we will provide instructions for return shipping at no cost to you.

6. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are not applicable to the following:
